Switching to keto was life-changing. Within days, Violet experienced withdrawal-like symptoms, including headaches and intense cravings, underscoring how deeply processed and carbohydrate-rich foods had impacted her. Two weeks in, she noticed a remarkable change—no longer craving junk food. Three months later, her debilitating hip pain was gone entirely.
